Sadly, I did not participate in this week's TWD. My son turned 4 this weekend and we threw him a little party. I made him a helicopter cake and defaulted to the giant bucket o' ice cream for the party guests. We rented a bounce house, and a shave ice machine. We also had a pool set up for the kids.
After the party, as pooped out as I was, I still had to make 2 dozen cupcakes for his pre-school class and teachers! It was a LONG day, which ended soon after midnight for me, and I was just not up for making ice cream this week! (Even though it is one of my major weaknesses)
I can't wait to see how everyone else's turned out though!

No wonder you were tired, that sounds like a lot of work. The cakes and cupcakes look wonderful!
