Hi Hats...Red Velvet & Hibiscus Cookies

I've made these Hi Hat Cupcakes before, but was asked to make some for a Coffee for my Spouses Club. This recipe is courtesy MarthaStewart.com. However, I highly recommend making these as minis because they are so sugary and rich!
And against everything I just wrote above, I made 3 standard size cupcakes with the leftover batter after making all the minis. I just like the split view!!!
I also made 1 1/2 dozen hibiscus sugar cookies. These were pretty popular!
I frosted the red velvet mini cupcakes right before I ran out the door, so I forgot to take pictures of them. Oops! But they weren't anything special. I have made them before as well, and think I have pictures of them in an older post. It was a great night of wine tasting, great food and funny stories!

Both are fantastic! I have been wanting to try the cupcakes. Your look like they came from the pages of Martha!
