I think this week's recipe for
Tuesday's With Dorie should have been called Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Chunkers! Why? Because there are so many different kinds of chocolate ingredients in these cookies! I was adding the dry ingredients to the batter when my husband walked by and said, "I think you need to add some milk or something..." Ha ha and that was before I even added all the chocolate chips and peanuts...oh, but NOT the raisens! I'm not a raisen fan, and since I'm the baker....what I say....goes! (or doesn't!)
Here is the batter ready to be plopped onto the cookie sheet!

Ta-Da! I really did like these. They were very chocolate-y, no complaints, but next time I'll take the time to wash my Pampered Chef chopper and chop up the peanuts a little bit instead of just dumping them in whole...that was me being lazy!
