Earth Day is Every Day... thank goodness!

These cookies were ordered for a "Secret Spouse" gift this week. The recipient has been out of town until this week, so thank goodness EARTH DAY IS EVERY DAY! Because these came a little later then the actual "Earth Day"!

    Those cookies look awesome! Decorating cookies is probably my biggest baking challenge.
